Eddie Davis is a Certified Residential Appraiser specializing in high-value and luxury properties in San Jose, Palo Alto, the East Foothills and neighborhoods throughout Santa Clara San Mateo Counties and the Bay Area.

Fees are competitive and typical of the industry.

Our turn around times are also typical, generally within 48 hours or less after the inspection or acceptance of review. With the advent of the HVCC, the landscape for fee structure has changed for all appraisers in the industry. At Solid Immpresions Appraisals, we are aware that this will create offers for our products from Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) that differ in price. We are always interested in creating new business relationships and will evaluate all potential assignments with an understanding of today's market. For customers other than AMC's we will strive to accommodate your needs at a price that suits your budget, whenever possible.
